Sisteme başka kişilerin adlarını ve doğum tarihlerini ekleyerek bu verileri yalnızca kişisel olarak kendini tanımak için kullandığını ve bunu yapmaya hakkın olduğunu onaylarsın. Bu verileri ya da o kişiler hakkında oluşturulan raporları birini küçük düşürmek, taciz etmek ya da rızası olmadan ifşa etmek için kullanmak yasaktır.
Kurallar ihlal edilirse erişim önceden bildirilmeksizin kısıtlanabilir.
Sistemin tasarımı, metinleri ve hesaplama yöntemi hizmet sağlayıcıya aittir. Senin için oluşturulan kişisel raporları kişisel amaçlarla serbestçe kullanabilirsin.
Scriptum+, sen iptal edene kadar her dönemin sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenen ücretli bir aboneliktir (haftalık, aylık veya yıllık). Fiyat ve dönem ödemeden önce gösterilir.
İstediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin. scriptum.lt üzerinden satın aldıysan Scriptum+’ı web sitesinde ya da uygulamada aç ve “Aboneliği iptal et” düğmesine dokun. App Store üzerinden satın aldıysan Apple Kimliği’nin abonelik ayarlarından iptal et (uygulamada: Scriptum+ → “Aboneliği yönet”). Ödeme kartını değiştirmek ve faturaları indirmek için: scriptum.lt → Scriptum+ → “Ödeme kartı ve faturalar”. scriptum.lt’deki ödemeleri Stripe, App Store satın alımlarını Apple işler.
Para iadesi için info@scriptum.lt adresine yaz: talepleri tüketici koruma mevzuatına göre değerlendiriyoruz. App Store satın alımlarının iadelerini Apple yürütür.
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Sistemin içeriğine dayanarak verilen kararlardan, hizmet kesintilerinden, rapor hizmeti sağlayıcısındaki aksaklıklardan ya da cihazındaki veri kayıplarından sorumlu değiliz. Azami sorumluluğumuz, mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde sınırlıdır.
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz: geçerli tarih en üstte yer alır, önemli değişiklikleri ise sana uygulamada bildiririz. Litvanya Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklar müzakere yoluyla, bu sonuç vermezse Litvanya Cumhuriyeti mahkemelerinde çözülür. Scriptum (scriptum.lt) is a self-knowledge system that computes numerology, astrology and karma-card indicators from your birth date and generates deep reports. The service is provided by [SERVICE PROVIDER]. By registering you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service is intended for persons aged 16+. Your account is created on our server (the same email and password sign you in both in the browser and in the app). A forgotten password can be reset by email. Keep your password safe.
By adding other people’s names and birth dates you confirm you use them for personal self-reflection only and have the right to do so. Using such data or generated reports to demean, harass or expose anyone is prohibited.
No automated load or limit evasion; no attempts to breach security or disrupt the service; no using the deep report generation for purposes other than Scriptum reports; no copying or reselling of system content. Violations may result in restricted access without notice.
Scriptum+ is a paid subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) that renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. The price and the period are shown before you pay.
You can cancel at any time. If you bought it on scriptum.lt, open Scriptum+ on the website or in the app and tap “Cancel subscription”. If you bought it through the App Store, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings (in the app: Scriptum+ → “Manage subscription”). After cancelling, Scriptum+ stays active until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. A subscription bought on scriptum.lt can also be resumed on the website until the period ends.
To change your payment card or download invoices: scriptum.lt → Scriptum+ → “Payment card and invoices”. Payments on scriptum.lt are processed by Stripe, App Store purchases by Apple.
For refunds, write to info@scriptum.lt. We handle requests in line with consumer protection law. App Store refunds are handled by Apple.
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made based on the content, for interruptions, report provider outages, or data loss on your device, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Lithuanian law applies.
