1. What Scriptum is

Scriptum (scriptum.lt) is a self-knowledge system that calculates numerology, astrology and karma-card indicators from your birth date and generates deep reports. The service is provided by [SERVICE PROVIDER]. By registering you confirm that you agree to these Terms and to the privacy policy.

2. Entertainment nature — the most important rule

All Scriptum content, including deep reports, is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not and cannot be considered medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Deep reports do not predict the future and may be wrong. All decisions are yours to make, at your own responsibility.

3. Age and account

The service is intended for persons aged 16 and over.
When registering you provide accurate details about yourself.
Your account is created on the server — with the same email and password you can sign in both in the browser and in the app. If you forget your password, you can reset it by email; in addition, you can download a copy of your data in your profile.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

4. Other people's data

By adding other people's names and birth dates to the system you confirm that you use them only for personal self-reflection and that you have the right to do so. It is prohibited to use this data or the reports generated about them to demean, harass or expose anyone without their consent.

5. Prohibited

Loading the system automatically (scripts, bulk requests) or trying to bypass limits;
attempting to breach the system's security or disrupt its operation;
using the deep report generation for purposes other than Scriptum reports;
copying or reselling the system's content without permission.

If the rules are violated, access may be restricted without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The system's design, texts and calculation methodology belong to the service provider. You may freely use the personal reports generated for you for personal purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for decisions made based on the system's content, for service interruptions, report provider outages or data loss on your device. Our maximum liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms — the date is shown at the top, and we will notify you about material changes in the app. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation, and if that fails — in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumer disputes are also handled by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt).

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on the content, for interruptions, report provider outages, or data loss on your device, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Lithuanian law applies.
